2. Price per month, plus $200 install fee.
3. Price per month. After 24 months, you will be eligible for Regular
Plan prices. On your 24 month anniversary, we will raise your speed to
match the amount you're currently paying, unless you notify us otherwise.
4. Pay for 11 months in advance, and get the 12th month free! If you're
currently on Pay-As-You-Go, you need to pay off the install balance first.
